Consists of 672 sessions of photographic images (primarily negatives) taken by Frank Webber as a freelance photographer plus 2 notebooks listing photo sessions in chronological order & cross-referenced by subject. Images include community and family events, industry and other commercial photography, and scenery. These images are primarily of Medicine Hat and area.
The fonds consists of 41 photographs showing Frank’s relationship to horses from his childhood to his own well-established farm, some photographs of an ice-cutting business he operated in the 1940s and some miscellaneous photographs of Pipestone Creek Store and a 1937 pack trip into the Rocky Mountains taken by students and teachers of Upper Canada College in Ontario.
The fonds consists of a collection of photographs of the District Deputy Grand Masters (DDGMs) from the Spirit River Lodge, one of 13 lodges in District 13, with a few additional photographs of Grand Masters. Each lodge in District 13 would have its own collection of these photographs.
The fonds consists of Gaston Mencke's memoirs of the McCrae Lumber Co. at Faust, Alberta in the winter of 1947-48, and the Park Bros. Lumber Camp from 1949-1955; 43 photographs of the two camps; and 12 photographs showing modern equipment working at the Weyerhauser Mill south of Grande Prairie in February 1998.

The fonds consists of records of Edna's Camrose Normal School "criticism of lesson" reports and other documents related to teacher training (1921-1958), a sample lesson plan (1922), two teaching certificates,(1923, 1958), superintendents' reports from the schools where she taught (1925-1926), correspondence from school authorities and from students' parents, (1923-1977), a biography by Gordon, the given by J.E. Birdsall in honour of Gordon, a speech given at his funeral and two issues of the Ford Farming magazine (Spring, Fall 1953), a Swanavon School opening program, a copy of a travel itinerary, her Christmas greetings letter (1989), and seven photographs related to her school history. Gordon's records include a Dept. of Agriculture letter asking him to serve as a director of the W.W. Albright Scholarship Fund, a news clipping showing a group of Canadians admiring his prize oat sample (1946-1953) and "The Book of Mom which Alice (Moyer) Lewis has written about growing up in Elmworth.
