The fonds consists of the 1995 EBA Engineering Consultants environmental assessment report on the CN land in Athabasca; Athabasca Heritage Society minutes, financial statements and correspondence from 2007-2009; art work for the 1991-1995 Athabasca Chamber of Commerce fun map; original pen sketches of cartoons drawn for newspapers:The Athabasca Advertiser from Aug.1988 to Dec.1989 and The Athabaskan from Jan.1990 to June 1993. Also included are the following calendars: Farmers' Market 1981-82; Jones' Shop-Easy 1996; and Macleods True Value 1997.

The fonds consists of 1125 photographs of various theatrical performances, 107 slides taken of photographs in the collection, 57 negatives, 23 video cassettes of productions, the complete script of "Saga of the Whispering Hills" plus a signed t-shirt,and programs or newspaper articles that accompany the photographs of each production. Mary Olson donated her personal copies of VHS tapes, nos 228 - 238 in 2019, 241 - 243 in 2020. Video tape # 145; "Grease" 1985 has been digitized.

The audio cassettes contain information on the Bissell family, logging operations and personnel.The artifact is a heart-shaped pottery ashtray, with brown and blue glaze, manufactured by Athabasca Clay Products.
