The fonds consists of correspondence and topical files (originals and copies), as well as blueprints, brochures, newspaper clippings, magazines and copies of articles relevant to Fred, the Brewster family, the Jasper area, the Jasper-Yellowhead Historical Society, skiing, trail riding, hunting and guiding and other subjects relevant to the history of Jasper. There are field and notebooks from university days and WWI as well as from various expeditions, pamphlets, photographs, maps and a number of books and artifacts. Also included in the fonds are photographs of the Brewster family and home; the Brewster stable and some of the cowboys and guests; and the Jasper rodeo.

Fonds consists of minutes of meetings, membership register, financial reports and ledgers, correspondence 1928-1957. Included in the collection are some samples of membership receipts, publications and pamphlets from the BRCA Grand Lodge, CN Railway, and the Canadian Government 1944-54.

The contents of this file cover various years between 1952 and 1971 with newspaper articles about the club, photographs, and programs for various concerts.

The collection contains original sketches by local artists for the various sections of the cookbook "Enticing" and a copy of the cookbook which was published by the Jasper-Yellowhead Historical Society in 1989.

Fonds consists of the manuscript for the book written by Merna Forester titled Jasper - A Walk in the Past. The book was a project by Parks and People (Friends of Jasper National Park), Environment Canada and Jasper-Yellowhead Historical Society. Also includes the book A Backward Glance by Nora Findlay. The book is a collection of anecdotes, stories and personal recollections of people, events, and customs from the past.

The collection consists of three survey maps from the Survey and Mapping Branch in Ottawa, sketch plan of Maligne Road internment camp, map of Jasper townsite, plan of Brule Lake mine, sketch of Lucerne townsite, sketch of Roche Miette Mountain, map of Yellowhead Pass, maps from several areas of Jasper National Park Central and Townsite maps, and a map of Jasper in 1926 with lot numbers in each block.

Fonds consists of the documents and financial records of the Jasper Story an outdoor musical production held in mid July 1978-1980 at the Crater Theatre across the road from the Whistler campground. The production told the story of the Overlanders seeking their way to the Caribou gold fields. The first production of this musical was performed in 1956 for about four years at the Palisades, formerly the Swift Place.

Fonds consists of a number of pictures and newspaper clippings about the Jasper Air Cadet Squadron formed in Jasper in August 1949 through the 1950's. A wooden covered album holds pictures and clippings.

Fonds consists of documents and pictures from the Jasper School District 75th anniversary in 1988, a file containing correspondence related to the formation of the play grounds adjacent to school grounds, proposed TV signal from B.C. correspondence for the operation of Jasper Ice Arena.
