The fonds consists of George E. Mack's certificate of declaration and appointment as agent for the prohibitionist side of the plebiscite; two copies of the returning officer's certificate of the results of the High River East poll; a prohibitionist handbill; and alphabetical lists of the electors of High River East and High River West annotated W or D to indicate their wet or dry preferences.

The fonds consists of minutes, financial statements, lists of volunteers and contacts, correspondence, news clippings, articles, essays, speeches, photocopy of pages from Royalties School attendance register (1937, 1938, 1942, 1943), historical photographs, and photographs of the committee and the unveiling ceremony. Much of the correspondence, articles, essays, and speeches were written by Helen Goldenberg.
