The fonds consists of two small booklets and 39 copies of photographs detailing the history of the Emmaus Lutheran Church in the North Kleskun district east of Sexsmith, AB. The booklets celebrate the 50th anniversary of the church in 1979 and the dedication of the new church in 1994. Also included are copies of the Constitution in German and English, legal documents, copies of minutes 1929-1999, copies of the register of baptisms, marriages, and deaths (1916-2008); confirmations, cemetery records, miscellaneous documents and history notes and a bulletin from the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

The fonds consists of photographs of Elmer Hagglund’s career with railroading in the Peace Country, such as scenes of the Webster trestle bridge, an early ED & BC engine, Elmer Hagglund as section foreman in Sexsmith, the first Diesel to come into Dawson, and the switch crew at McLennan in 1944. The collection includes photographs of technical problems with rails and cars in the 1960s and photographs of Elmer’s retirement party in 1964.

The fonds consists of a photocopy of Ella Patterson's handwritten diary and another typed copy. There are daily entries from February 13 to April 23, 1911, describing the trip with her husband, John Orlando, to Grande Prairie over the trail from Edmonton, to Athabaska Landing, across Lesser Slave Lake to Grouard, then down to Sturgeon Lake, across the Simonette River to Bezanson and finally to the Grande Prairie. She mentions the conditons of the trail, the many stopping places and other travellers they met. Also included is a photocopy of Eliza and Alphaeus Patterson's family and a genealogy chart.

The fonds consists of photographs of Grande Prairie during the time Miss Dunlap lived there, a limited edition booklet of poems written by Nurse Baird and Miss Drynan on the occasion of a trip to Edmonton in 1914, Miss Dunlap’s calling card, and some news clippings of Elizabeth’s success as a tennis player in Grande Prairie. The book of poetry also includes some area photographs.

The fonds consists of 2 audio cassette tapes (with transcript notes) which record Eldon Shail's memories of growing up and living out his adult life in the Hythe area. There is also one photograph of a dog sled race on the main street in Grande Prairie, taken around the time the Shails arrived in the area in 1919, and a hand-written book showing settlers and land locations in the Grande Prairie area, including Hythe. This was a project done by various old-timers to create a record of the homesteaders who filed on land in this area.

An accrual consists of a soldier training certificate (1916), a copy of his attestation papers and his application in 1919 for a Soldier Settlement Grant.
