Financial (1910- 1912) Consists of account books of Tom Spencer's decorating business. 2. Diaries (1898- 1945) Consists of work diaries of Fred Spencer(1898- 1909), and Tom Spencer (1901-1928,1941-1945). 3. Personal (1909- 1966) Series consists of personal papers and magazines, a cash book filled with postcards and a scrapbook containing samples of wall paper, weddings and other local events, and photographs of trains, train wrecks, local events, people and family.

The records are as yet unprocessed but analysis of the preliminary inventories and the records reveals several possible series: 1. Minutes (1956-1996) Series consists of the meeting minutes of the Board of Directors of the Wetoka Health Unit. 2. Annual Reports (1956-1993) Consists of annual reports of the Wetoka Health Unit. 3. Financial (1956-1975) Series consists of budgets, general ledgers, funding correspondence and other materials relating to the financial operations of the Wetoka Health Unit. 4. Other (1956-1996) Will be further divided when fonds is processed.

Inventories reveal that the fonds consists of correspondence, documents and aerial maps relating to Girl Guide camps (1942, 1946, 1963-1966); photographs of Girl Guides, Wetaskiwin Brownie Pack and leaders (1929); minutes and records of activities and badges (1959-197-?); photographs of Boy Scouts (193-?); photographs of Girl Guides (1934-1954); booklet entitled "History of Girl guides in Wetaskiwin, 1919-1967 (1967); records of some activities of the Wetaskiwin Girl guides Association (1949-1960) including correspondence of the Wetaskiwin Division Commissioner; a Girl Guide registration card (ca.1919); scrapbooks, certificates, publications and photographs of girl guide activities(1935-197-?); a photograph album and scrapbook (1965-1984); and a photograph of a group of Girl Guides receiving the "Scroll of Friendship" (194-?).
