The fonds consists of 3 photographs of the demolition of an Alberta Wheat Pool elevator in Athabasca on Sept. 20, 1994, 45 photographs taken at the Athabasca Royal Canadian Legion Veteran's Recognition Dinner on May 15, 2005 and 5 photographs taken of Millie Hay (Talpash), her doll collection and Adele Voaklander in 2006. In 2009 Sheila took 3 photos of the demolition of the Alberta Wheat Pool Buffalo B-2000 grain elevator in Boyle, AB.

Watson family fonds

The fonds consists of records of the Watson family including diaries of William Salmon Watson (1944-1970), account book of Thomas Watson (1891-1892), tax notices for MD of Cartier and MD of Athabasca, funeral cards, correspondence and 12 family photographs. The family photographs include: James Watson and his wife, Maggie; Agnes Watson, her husband, George Bell and their daughter Cecilia; Thomas Watson Sr. (marked with an X on a tintype photograph) with two of his sons; and the Watson family in June, 1941. There are also 239 unnumbered photographs which were taken [1920s] and include bee hives, farm animals, farm machinery, horticulture, threshing and a motor trip to the mountains.

The work diary details crops planted, money received, expenditures, land purchased in Ontario and farm equipment purchases. The Alberta Wheat Pool annual report includes a list of Alberta grain elevators.

The fonds consists of materials created by George Godel of Athabasca between 1942 and 1980 and consists of George Godel's annual report on agriculture in the Athabasca district, 1942-1956 (incomplete), newspaper articles, and agricultural studies by Godel. The fonds also includes minutes of meetings of the Athabasca District Home and Farm Development Association.

Isreal CJJ Shank fonds

The fonds consists of correspondence and certificates of Isreal Shank including Olds School of Agriculture, his years in the RCMP, his involvement in numerous horticultural endeavours and cards from his 95th birthday. There is a booklet entitled "Jackie"(about a seagull) written by his second wife, Aileen Teal Shank, 2 books written by Isreal Shank: " Memories of a Mountie" and "Some Things I Remember", and a copy of Athabasca Album with an addendum of commentary. There are 23 photographs of Mr. Shank including a signed photo of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip; 1 audio cassette; and 4 artifacts : 1933, 175 lb. boxing championship medal, 1951 presidential plaque of Saskatchewan Horticultural Societies Association, 1936 Alberta Prosperity Certificate and a 1940s fur RCMP hat. The last addition is the 1952 document naming Mr. Shank as a Sub-Inspector in the RCMP. It is signed by Governor-General Vincent Massey. A scrapbook has items regarding the boxing prowess of Isreal and his brothers. Oliver represented Canada at the Berlin Olympics in 1936 as the light heavyweight champ of Canada.

Mills family fonds

The fonds consists of photographs taken by members of the Mills family. The fonds consists of photographs of Athabasca, showing the 1913 fire and local buildings, and family photographs, including a photograph of the farm in Westlock. The artifacts are: a sugar bowl, which is the only thing that Mrs. Mills saved from the 1913 fire which destroyed their home, and a Bible which the Mills family presented to Athabasca United Church in honour of their son, Donald MacKenzie, born in Athabasca March 9, 1913.
