Fonds consists of records generated as part of Action Poetry ‘94, a symposium and workshop of the spoken word. Records include video and audio recordings of performances and events, proposals and planning documents, internal and external correspondence, biographical information on participants, newspaper clippings, research notes, photographic contact sheets, and material related to organizing the Nat Christie Poetry Day and Nat Christie Poetry Jam events.
Fonds consists of records generated by the Association of Canadian Women Composers (ACWC), including the Association’s formation and its subsequent activities. The bulk of the records concern the administration of the Association itself and address issues related to governance, financial management, and member recruitment. Other records concern the Association’s public activities, including sponsorship of concerts featuring works by Canadian women composers and other public initiatives intended to increase awareness of and provide support for Canadian women composers. Records include correspondence, financial records, minutes, publications, press releases, media clippings, membership records and other material.
Fonds consists of material relating to Loubet’s artistic and professional practice, and especially to the projects documenting the epic story singers of the Kawachi area (Osaka Prefecture) (Kawachi Ondo, Goshiu Ondo, Senshu Ondo). The fonds is divided into six series based on various projects reflected in the fonds. The material in the fonds includes sound recordings (produced by Loubet), video documentation, digital photos, software that contains the Cyber Kawachi project, a graphic score and promotional material.
Fonds consists of the records created and compiled by Ina Dennekamp in connection with her work on the history of Canadian women composers. The bulk of the material was assembled between 1988 and 1992 either as part of a Canada Council Explorations Grant project entitled The History of Canadian Women Composers or as part of her weekly radio program Women of Note. Additional materials may relate to her role in the founding and administration of the BC Chapter of the Association of Canadian Women Composers (ACWC) and Women in Music (WIM). The fonds includes correspondence, notes, periodicals and other publications, course materials, interviews (transcripts and sound recordings), performance recordings, broadcast recordings, a collection of scores and sheet music, and a collection of commercial recordings.

Materials in the fonds include textual records (both by Prothroe and by others), scripts, programs, articles (about Prothroe and others), photographs (personal and professional), and other material.
Series consists of files related to Irene Prothroe's personal life, including her "On Stage" scrapbook, personal materials, photographs, and correspondence.
Sub-series consists of the fixed and loose contents of Irene Prothroe's scrapbook, titled "On Stage." The scrapbook contains programs and news clippings accumulated by Irene Prothroe, documenting her career in the theatre.
Series consists of materials related to Irene Prothroe's activities with the Banff Centre. Irene Prothroe to teach at the Banff Centre by David Cameron on Gordon Peacock's recommendation. She taught at the Centre for seventeen years from 1958 to 1970, serving as the Head of the Theatre (1969-1970) and the Musical Theatre Division (1970-1974). Irene was instrumental in the mounting of musical theatre productions at the Centre.
Series consists of materials relating to Irene Prothroe's activities with the Calgary Allied Arts Centre Theatre. Irene served as the Artistic Director & Theatre Manager of the Arts Centre Theatre from 1960 to 1964. The Allied Arts Centre was the first Regional Theatre in Alberta, and Irene was instrumental in developing the theatre's repertory standard. The Arts Centre Theatre is now occupied by Theatre Calgary.
