The accession includes: tax receipts for NW 18-68-21-W4, carbon copy of ASD No. 42 Regular Monthly Meeting notes for August 14, 1952, correspondence for the Farmers' Union of Alberta, 1956 - 1957, United Farmers of Alberta share certificates and dividend statements, correspondence concerning rural electrification, and a carbon copy of County of Athabasca member purchases, 1963.

Fonds consists of eight farm account books which record financial details of livestock, vehicle purchase, repair and maintenance, purchases, farm worker information, expenses and receipts. Fonds also includes a promotional pamphlet, "Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of live stock" by George W. Bell, D.V.D., V.S.

The fonds consists of materials created by the Athabasca and District Agricultural Association between 1914 and 1921 including the 1914 prize list and the 1915 memorandum of association. It also includes correspondence, minutes ,membership and prize lists, and financial statements of the Athabasca District Agricultural Society for the years listed above; as well as material on the Farmer's Market and Frosty Frolics(1982-1985). Two blueprints pertain to the Athabasca Recreation Complex, 1971, and two blueprints are of Athabasca and District Agricultural Society Recreational Park concept plans, 1989. The fonds consists of Dokeville School Board minutes for 1914-1937; school district cash book for 1915, 1925-1936; assessment and tax rolls for Dokeville School District 1928-1933; daily registers for 1934-35, 1935-36, 1936-37; Department of Education School Act books for 1916, 1927; and a service record book for a bull sent by the Dominion Live Stock Branch to improve herd quality, 1921.

The fonds consists of photographs depicting farm life, water drilling, a brush cutter, logging, homes and family groups. There is a programme for the Master Farm Family award, 1965, which was given to the Mike Dupilka family. Fonds also includes a copy of a cancelled cheque given to Josephine Dupilka for caretaking at Baptiste Lake School in 1927.
