Letter written by Muriel Schumacher to T. Eaton Co. Ltd., Edmonton, Alta on March 10, 1945. Two recipes for dumplings and spice cake are recorded in different hand writing on the back of the letter.

The artifact is the official school stamp. The photograph is of the United Church Women's group of the area. There is a two page history of the church and the school.

Includes photographs of men working on the framing of St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church in Athabasca. One photo shows a man standing by himself. This is probably William Toews.
