Yukon Order of Pioneers collection

The collection consists of photographs which depict members of the Yukon Order of Pioneers in a parade in Dawson City, group shots in front of a log building, and a ceremony in front of the Territorial Administration Building in Dawson City. Textual records include the YOOP constitution and ritual.

Yukon Field Force fonds

The fonds consists of a photograph album containing photos of the Yukon Field Force travelling along the Stikine Trail to Fort Selkirk and their activities in establishing the Yukon Field Force detachment at this site. Images include the steamer Stikine Chief which carried the soldiers up the Stikine River, travel along the Stikine Trail to Teslin Lake and then down the Yukon River, tent camps, and soldiers posing with their 85 lb. backpacks. There are many images of cutting and hauling logs, log booms on the Yukon River, and constructing the log buildings at Fort Selkirk. Also included are First Nation people at the fort, Lt. Col. T.D.B. Evans, the Commanding Officer, and a sternwheeler on the Yukon River, possibly the Anglian. One loose photograph from the album is an image, of seven members posing in front of a log building during Christmas 1899 in Dawson City. The map shows "Alaska Highway Maintenance System Haines Cut-Off Road, Aug.1944".

The collection consists of letters from teachers around the world inquiring about Yukon job postings, Term Return for the Lambert Street School, teacher's monthly report for Whitehorse Elementary School, cost recovery sheets for children of federal employees, papers relating to official opening of Jack Hulland Elementary School and a Certificate of incorporation for the Yukon Teacher's Association.

Yukon Airways and Exploration Co. collection

The collection consists of papers relating to the death of John Melville Patterson, the chief pilot of Yukon Airways in 1929, a letter to White Pass and Yukon Route (WP&YR) discussing advertising, a bill of sale for a Ryan Brougham airplane, a passenger, mail and express tariff, and an envelope commemorating the company's first flight.

World War One collection

Collection includes newspaper clippings about Yukon soldiers in World War One, a handbill about the unveiling of the Whitehorse monument, and lists of Yukoners who joined the forces and those who died.

William MacBride fonds

The fonds consists of material collected and created by William "Bill" MacBride since he first came to the north in 1912. The material includes of original black and white and col. photographs, postcards, slides and textual material. The subject matter of the photographs and postcards, dated 1912 to 1967, represents many aspects of life, history and times in the Yukon and Alaska; scenic views, settlements, buildings, modes of transportation, mining, outdoor activities and various individuals. The subject of the slides, created or bought by MacBride in 1954-1955, include his travel overseas and images used as promotional material to encourage tourism to the Yukon. Textual material, 1907 to 1950, includes letters, correspondence, articles and miscellaneous papers authored or collected by MacBride. The fonds is arranged in six series: Series 1: Photographs and postcards; Series 2: Slide presentations; Series 3: Correspondence and research material; Series 4: Taku Tramway; Series 5: Miscellaneous; Series 6: Published material.

William J. Pathman fonds

The fonds consists of an application permit for an individual to purchase liquor, an identification card for the United States Engineer Department in Whitehorse, Yukon and two U.S. driver's permits. All documents were issued to Mr. Pathman while he was in Whitehorse during the construction of the Alaska Highway.

The collection consists of 38 stamp impressions from sternwheelers under British Yukon Navigation Co. (BYNCo.), American Yukon Navigation Co. (AYNCo.) and White Pass and Yukon Route (WP&YR), three navigational charts for sternwheelers on the Yukon River, certificates from the Department of Marine and Fisheries for the sternwheeler Yukoner and motorboat Neecheah, 3 promotional booklets and an advertisement, a poster with a drawing of Bennett, a handbill for winter service, a letter to the Purser on the sternwheeler Klondike, dining room check from the Casca, freight notification cards, letter from J.A. Fairborn WP&YR agent in Mayo, employee identification cards, bill of lading book, mailway bills and receipts of American Yukon Navigation Co. and Northern Commercial Co. (NCCo.), and a driver's manual for the highway division.

Walter Scott Mitchell fonds

The fonds consists of photographs of Inuit people in traditional dress, their summer camps and canoes, and Isaac and Sadie Stringer, and the Anderson party as it left Montreal. Textual records include Mitchell's diary, a news clipping from the Edmonton Bulletin about his trip, a short note he wrote from Herschel Island and 14 letters (most were returned to sender) written from his mother to him.
