The fonds consists of a certificate of registration of the College of Physicians and Surgeons for Dr. John Park dating from 1906 and a certificate of registration to the Medical Council of Canada for Dr. John Park. The fonds also includes photographs of pioneer doctors in Alberta including Dr. J Tofield, Dr. McInnes, Dr. J.B. Harrison, Dr. H.C. Wilson, Dr. Francis William Crang, Dr. E. Braithwaite, Dr. Whitelaw, Dr. Edgar Allin, Dr. Philip Roy, Dr. Jules Royal, Dr. Ferris, Dr. William Morrison McKay dating from the 1800s to 1900s, as well as a photograph of the members Canadian Medical Association in Banff in 1889. The fonds also includes newspaper clippings related to the coronations, abdications, and deaths of members of the royal family dating from 1919 to 1937.

The collection consists of 37 glass plate negatives with matching prints, 11 glass plate negatives without prints and 9 prints without negatives, of a variety of subjects purported to be from east of Edmonton, Alberta dating circa (ca.) 1900 to ca. 1914 including family portraits and portraits of children, buildings, houses, log cabins, parks, a church and cemetery, a baseball game, sleighs, the Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF) 66th Overseas Battalion, and farm activities such as threshing, ploughing and haying, with some of the agricultural images marked as copyright R. Weaver.

Fonds also contains records pertaining to various legal matters concerning the lumber merchant companies of Walter and Humberstone Limited and John Walter Limited of Edmonton and Strathcona, Alberta, and to legal matters concerning the tenancy and operation of the Heiminck Building in Edmonton, Alberta, owned by Isabella Heiminck. Fond contains correspondence, homestead and other land ownership records, leases, insurance policies, agreements, receipts, mortgages, tax receipts, minutes, shareholder lists, shares, timber berth records, financial records, notes, memorandum, annual reports, newspaper clippings, utility bills, and maps depicting subdivisions of Edmonton and Strathcona, Alberta.
