The fonds consist of personal papers in the form of genealogy records, income tax returns and correspondence; farm records consisting of income receipts and crop statements; hand-written recipes; a collection of booklets: coupon premium catalogues, cookbooks and household remedies; and some clippings on the Royal family from 1921-1938.

These include tax records; correspondence related to a cattle association formed under the government's "Cattle Bill" which encouraged farmers to raise cattle by offering loans to the association for purchasing stock; and a letter from Anton Dahl just before his death. An accrual in 2010 consists of plans and blueprints of the Welter house and their duplex.

The fonds deals with the threshing business conducted by the Big Seven Co. Ltd. and includes expenses, wages for employees, charges for groceries at the company store, etc.
