The fonds consists of family history pamphlets and essays, farm account books, family memorabilia, and a few business receipts of the Gray, Norquist, and Wagner families.
The fonds includes minutes, correspondence, annual reports, and financial records of the Hillside Community Club. It includes the record book of the Wide Awake Junior United Farmers of Alberta, which was active in the Hillside district from 1924 to 1933. It includes one 1934 issue of The Hillside Times, a handwritten newspaper. It includes pages from the school register (1913-1914) of the Grand View (or Grandview) School District No. 941.
The fonds consists of a general ledger and receipts (removed from in between the ledger pages where they had been pinned), as well as correspondence relating to K. Kerr's activities in the community and business.
The fonds includes minutes of a meeting called to improve a road in the Millet area; notes and essays on the Howes family and on the Hillside district; a manuscript map of the Hillside School District; and an annotated map of Alberta.
The collection consists of original photographs, photographic copy prints, and laser print copies of images documenting the community of Millet, its public life, and its families.
