The fonds consists of 1931 list of voters; correspondence with Dept. of Education, MD of Grosmont, prospective teachers and trustees, 1931-1936; teacher contracts and evaluations; 1935 Alberta Gazette; cancelled cheques and store receipts; daily registers for 1933-34, 1936-40; year end financial statements; 1938 auditor's financial statements for MD of Grosmont #668 and for 1939, 1942 Athabasca School Division #42; 3 government reports. The artifact is the official school stamp. The photograph is of the United Church Women's group of the area. There is a two page history of the church and the school.

The fonds consists of a book entitled: Sisters of Providence of St.Vincent de Paul by Sister Mary Electa in 1961; ideas for the redesign of the Lessard house floor plan to accommodate 23-30 students, photocopied pictures of the first group of girls at Rosary Academy in Sept.1948, and pictures of the Home for the Aged and Chronically Ill. There are also photographs of the sisters who served in these two capacities.

The fonds consists of photographs of Father Patrick Beaudry, Dr.Joseph Boulanger; the 1st St.Gabriel's Church and the Lafferty residence:both copied from the PAA collection; the 1934 program for Father Desmarais' golden jubilee in the priesthood (94.42); 7 photographs of the building of the new St.Gabriel's in 1953; a ca. 1870 map showing Catholic and Protestant missions and Hudson's Bay Company posts in the Canadian north-west and British Columbia; and 2 chalice covers from St.Bruno's Church.
