The fonds consists of the following series: personal and family papers and photographs including diaries written by Beth over an extensive period beginning in 1939 (with lapses) and into the 2000s; publications from "The Bull Outfit" with which her father came to the Beaverlodge area 1909; organizational files showing Beth's involvement with Trumpeter Swan preservation, the Home and School Association, the Grande Prairie County Agricultural Society, the Grande Prairie Book Club, and the Grande Prairie Hot Air Balloon Events Association; files relating to her work as author and historian of Clairmont and District, the Monkman Pass, Grande Prairie's 25th Anniversary, Pioneers of the Peace, and the Peace River itself, complete with the diary of a trip down that river in 1955, and a reference system of news clippings on the people and events in the Grande Prairie area from [1970-2000]. There is also a large collection of photographs, both historical and documentary, detailing her activities and showing her interests as a photographer.

Ladies' Auxiliary to the Royal Canadian Legion 235 fonds

The fonds consists of the minutes of the organization from 1963-2003; membership records from 1952-1995; financial records from 1974-2001; correspondence, mostly from Alberta-NWT Command and the Provincial Ladies Auxiliary; and printed materials from the Alberta-NWT Command, head office of the Royal Canadian Legion Women’s Auxiliaries. There are six photographs of the Legion Cenotaph dedication ceremony in Eaglesham. The photos were identified and formed into a poster by the Women’s Auxiliary to commemorate the event.

The fonds consists of records relating to the operation of the Spirit Valley Women's Institute and their activities. The records include a certificate of incorporation, lease agreement, membership booklet, insurance policy, meeting records, invoices and cheque stubs, records of donations, correspondence, reports and newsletters from associated groups, records of fundraising projects, homemaking booklets, and a county fair program.

The fonds is divided into six series: History and Legal Documents, Financial, Correspondence, Associated Organizations, Handicrafts and Fundraising, and Homemaking and County Fair Booklets.
