Sgt. A.W. Moore of the Jasper detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police presenting the Red Ensign flag to Mr. Ian Coates, President of the Jasper Yellowhead Historical Society. The flag had flown over the RCMP barracks for the last time on Feb 15, 1965, when it was replaced by the red Maple Leaf flag.<br><br>
