Scope and content
Photo shows businesses and automobiles parked on the street. Businesses featured are Barth's Billiards and Barber Shop, Massey Harris office and showroom, C. M. Gardiner's Red & White Store, Imperial Bank of Canada. The building housing the Massey Harris office was built by Phil Fraser and had been used for many purposes among which were a drug store. Henry Buchak was the proprietor at the time the picture was taken. The building was torn down in April 1957 after having been empty for several years. C. M. and Margaret Gardiner were the proprietors of the Red & White Store from 1950 to 1968.
