Dedication of the Peace Cairn during the celebration of Canada's Diamond Jubilee, Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Mayor H.J. Montgomery is crouching in front of the cairn and John Blue, who gave the commemoration address, is standing behind him and to the right. Also appearing in the picture are Arnold Ellis, H.R.
