Biographical history
Preceded by the Women's House Committee, the Pembina Hall House Committee handled the daily administration of the building by and for its student residents. Pembina Hall was reserved for mature women students from 1964 to 1975 but since then has been open to males and females. The Committee was succeeded by the Pembina Hall Students' Association.

Fonds consists of these series: I Memorabilia (1928-1929, 1959- 1962). Scrapbook of life in the three residences, 1959-1962; "At Home" card; bookplate for Hall library. II Photographs (1953- 1973). House Committee executive members. III Save Pembina Hall campaign (1969-1974). Includes clippings (1969-1974), correspondence, petitions, posters, and signs generated during the campaign to save the 1914 building from demolition and have it restored as a student residence.
