Custodial history
The album passed from Peter McCarter to his nephew John Young McCarter (1886-1981). His grandniece, Joan C. McCarter presented the album to the City of Whitehorse in June 1989. The City of Whitehorse donated it to Yukon Archives in August 1989.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of photographs collected and mounted by Peter McCarter into an album.
