The Red Deer Consumers' Co-operative Association Limited was established sometime before 1940 to set up a cooperative store in Red Deer, Alberta. The organization eventually was transformed into the Red Deer CO-OP Limited, which now exists as a hardware and grocery store at two locations in Red Deer.
