Spire of Millet Methodist Church seen over the roof of Pinyon's Hall (built in 1917). Prominently featured buildings include the Station Livery, Feed and Sale Stable, Morris & Taylor Hardware, and the Edmonton City Dairy. The large bulletin board and billboards erected by the Board of Trade are visible in the foreground.

View of the service station, with grain elevators in the background. In 1930, Curtiss Gas and Tire of Camrose purchased lots at the south end of Railway Street (50 Street) and built this service outlet. William Nahirnik was brought in to run it. He died in 1946. The business was run by his family until his son Edward Nahirnik sold it.

The Millet Drug Store was located on the east side of 50 Street. Standing on the wooden sidewalk in front of it are (L to R) Mr. Graham, druggist; A. P. Mitchell, insurance broker and auctioneer; and Porter Wright, Village Secretary. Carpentry tools and an automobile are visible in the image.

Street scene at the corner of Railway Street (50 Street) and 49 Avenue. The Mitchell Sales Co. did business in the former Ira Grant Block at left. The Station Livery, Feed and Sale Stables (livery barn) situated at the northwest corner of the intersection was under construction by Robert Elder. The City Restaurant & Laundry is situated north of the livery barn. The top of the Arlington Hotel is visible in the background.

Rexall Drug Store and Egg Grading Station, Millet, Alberta.

The Rexall Drug Store and the Egg Grading Station were situated on the northeast corner of 49 Avenue and 50 Street. The Greyhound bus stopped at the Drug Store to pick up passengers.
