Biographical history
Tslila Barzel was born in Israel and earned a degree from the Hertzeliya (Herzliya) Teacher's Art College. She immigrated to Alberta and attended the University of Alberta in Edmonton, earning a bachelor of education (B.Ed.) with a major in art. Barzel has exhibited her artwork in Edmonton and one of her works was commissioned by the Jewish National Fund for Lt. Governor Lois Hole. Tslila is married to Gershon Barzel and has a son, Mor.

The fonds consists of an invitation to an exhibition of Tslila Barzel's work at the Front Gallery in Edmonton, Alberta and a photocopied newspaper clipping about the show. Fonds also includes an oral history given by Tslila Barzel.
