Biographical history
Utopia School District No. 840 was founded in 1903. It operated a one-room school southeast of Pincher Creek, Alberta. The school closed in 1950. The building continued to be used as a community hall.

Scope and content
The fonds consists of the Utopia School District's assessment and tax roll (1908-1923); a receipt; a contract with a teacher; a letter of resignation from a teacher; and a guest book and invitation for a reunion of former students and teachers of the school (1979).
