Biographical history
Walter Palmer Fulmer, 1863-1948, moved to Banff, Alberta in 1887 from Economy, Nova Scotia. He worked on the dominion survey of Banff National Park and then operated a delivery business in Banff. From 1912 to 1940 he worked in the tourist accommodation business. He and his wife, Minnie Christina, 1878-1962, who was born in Holstein, Ontario, had two daughters, Alice and Helen (Wells).

Scope and content
The fonds consists of photographs of Walter, and Banff personalities and area (1887-1893); and scrapbook of miscellaneous accounts and newsclippings (1896-1918). Includes photographs of Cochrane personalities.
