Biographical history
Walter H. Stillwell, was a photographer contracted by The City of Calgary. Jean Stillwell, who donated the material was the daughter of Walter Stilwell.
Custodial history
The material was donated to the City of Calgary Archives by Jean Stillwell, on behalf of her father, Walter H. Stillwell, in 1993.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of about 25 black & white survey photographs of Calgary, 1962; 26 colour slides of the Heritage Park Gardens with Gardener Martin Bock in 1978; and 1 Super 8 Cartridge colour film of the Heritage Park Gardens with Gardener Martin Bock in 1978.
