Biographical history
William Totton, son of Hugh Totton of Belfast, Ireland, served in World War I as a private in the 1st Depot Battalion Alberta Regiment, the 21st Reserve Battalion Alberta Regiment, and the Canadian Army Medical Corps. He was discharged in May 1918.
Custodial history
Mrs. Wilhemina Brady deposited these records in the Provincial Archives of Alberta in 1972. Mrs. Brady's relationship with William Totton is unknown.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of a World War I Army pay book, leave pass, and discharge. Also includes 2 photographs of Private William Totton.
